開齒穿條一體機LKCO1設(shè)備介紹：

·通過使用兩個硬質(zhì)滾花輪對鋁型材穿條槽口部分進行穿條及滾齒。

·通過一對硬質(zhì)材料滾花輪，在鋁合金型材穿隔熱條的槽口部分進行滾齒，增加隔熱型材剪切力，實現(xiàn)開齒穿條同時。采用交流變頻調(diào)速進行滾齒速度無級調(diào)速控制。
